Who we are

Started with a laundromat. Built around how we’d want our own laundry done.

We’re Sean and Enrica. We opened the Brunswick East laundromat first; the pickup service grew out of neighbours asking whether we’d just do it for them. Same machines, same people, same care labels read.

Questions

Before you book.

How much does laundry pickup and delivery cost?
Our wash and fold service is $7.70 per kilogram, weighed after laundering. There’s a 10kg minimum ($77) per order. Most households come in at $77 to $105 per order. Pickup and delivery are free, and there are no booking fees. The only other charges are $15 for a late cancellation, $15 for a missed pickup or delivery on your side, and $30 an item for heavy soiling, as set out in our terms.

Use the address checker above to confirm your location.
Do you pick up from apartments and high-rises?
Yes. We pick up from apartments, townhouses and houses. For apartment buildings, we’ll ask about access details during booking (concierge, intercom, lobby collection). Most CBD and inner-city high-rises have concierge services that make collection straightforward. If your building has restricted access that makes pickup difficult, our Brunswick East laundromat is a convenient self-service alternative.
How long does wash and fold take?
Our 48-Hour Promise: we return your laundry 48 hours after pickup, on weekdays only. A Friday pickup comes back on Monday, and if the return day is a public holiday it moves to the next weekday. You choose your pickup and delivery days during booking. We’ll show you available time windows for your suburb so you can pick what suits your schedule.
How do you wash and care for my clothes?
Every care label is read on every garment. We separate colours, wash each load at the right temperature for its fabrics, use commercial ozone disinfection, and follow Australian standards for commercial laundering. Items are folded to your preferences, and we track those preferences across orders so you don’t have to repeat yourself.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us. Under our Rewash Promise, if something isn't washed or folded right, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll wash it again for free. That doesn't cover a stain that was already there and won't lift. If something is damaged or lost, we'll make it right, as our terms set out. Reply to any of our texts, or call us.
